Tennis Camp Info…
- Age 4+
- Book single days or whole weeks
We run tennis camps during most of the school holidays at Peppard Tennis Club.
The camps generally run Monday – Friday and are are suitable for children from the age of four.
You can book in for single days of tennis camps or whole weeks! (There is a discount for booking a whole five day weeks which is already built into the prices)
The tennis camps are structured for learning but are a lot of fun and very popular. During the camps players are split further into age/ability groups so that everyone gets as much as possible from the coaching sessions. (Ages 4-8 play Mini Tennis Red)
For further information about our coaching please see our Parents Page.
Spaces on camps do need to be booked in advance and the camps can often get full. We stick to strict player ratios and for younger children will only have a maximum of six players per coach to ensure quality and learning.
Players just need to wear suitable clothing and trainers and bring a drink & snack as there is a little break (there is also a tuck shop for sweets at Peppard Tennis Club). Players also need to bring a racket (or you can hire one), all other equipment is provided.
Please don’t leave children until five minutes prior to the start of the camp and children must be picked up promptly. The coaches often have other lessons booked in afterwards or may need to leave the venue.
(Players are welcome to attend both the morning and afternoon sessions but must be collected during the hour gap please.)
Please note that once booked camp spaces can’t be moved or cancelled unless we fill the space with another player. An admin fee may occur.
Camps will be back for Easter 2020!
We don’t run holiday camps over the winter months due to the unpredictable weather.
The kids had a fantastic time and their tennis has come on leaps and bounds.Holiday Camps Parent
My son really enjoyed the session and we were really impressed with the structure and quality of the coaching. Thanks again for the excellent trial session.New Parent
The experience that my children had at Peppard Tennis Club was very enjoyable, the coaches are brilliant - keeping the children engaged for the entire morning, and both are now taking lessons during the summer term.Helen Mearns
He’s loving the lessons and would very much like to continue next term. The coaches are so friendly and encouraging. It’s doing him a world of good. It’s the coaches who really make his experience. Their enthusiasm and good humour is infectious and just what my son needs! And as a teacher myself, I really appreciate the energy and effort it takes to constantly give out encouragement and targeted praise, designed to boost a player’s self-esteem and at the same time move their game practice forward.Kate Richens
He has really loved the sessions. I wanted to him to come as a precursor to going to school in September and thought it might help with the transition. I've been really, really impressed with everything, and would love for him to come again. I think Ollie, Christian and Sam have been amazing in particular, but that said, so is everyone else.Holiday Camps Parent
